If you are looking for advice, please call our free phone line (0808 278 7854) first as this is the quickest way to get support. If your query requires more time, we will book a telephone appointment. We don’t have a permanent office in the Melton area, and our face outreach service at the Hope Centre in Melton closed down permanently at the end of October 2024. Residents will still be able to access our service by telephone or online.
