Drop-in for those who cannot access other advice channels. Drop in sessions are for initial assessment only. Appointments for generalist advice will be booked by assessors, as required.

We can only help people who live, work or study in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. The exception to this is anyone who needs help to make a new universal credit claim.
Our drop in and outreaches are suspended. We continue to offer services via email, telephone and pre-booked appointments
