More information about our service
We are delivering advice by phone in the first instance wherever possible, if we cannot get through after a minimum of 3 attempts across two days we will send an email with information based on the information we have been given. We are also open for pre-booked in-person appointments. 19/02/25 - currently call backs will be up to 20 working days. We hope to be reducing this as soon as possible.
