More information about our service
The General Advice service is run from our office in County Hall, Newport. Clients are asked to telephone 0800 144 8848 in the first instance to give their details and issue. An adviser will call them back, usually within 3 working days. Drop-ins are not taken. Appointments are limited and allocated on a case-by-case basis.
