More information about our service
To access our services you must either live or work in the Borough of Woking. Advisers working in the office provide telephone advice and face-to-face appointments Monday to Friday. Appointments are only arranged after an assessment conducted via telephone or face-to-face.
Our Town Centre office is open for drop-in assessments Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am - 1pm. Our Adviceline service runs from 10am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. Please see our website for contact details: www.wokingcab.org.
