Mainly telephone advice - callbacks can be requested and gained usually within 2 working days through calling our admin line on 0191 455 7958. Face-to-face and telephone appointments available. No current drop-in session but office is open for people to call in during office hours and request the above if they are unable to call or prefer to speak to a receptionist face-to-face.
